Q1. How does shipping and delivery work?
Orders typically ship within 5–7 business days for bomber jackets, and 7–10 business days for hats. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your package until it arrives.
If you order multiple items in one purchase, they may ship from different locations depending on stock availability — we do this to make sure you receive everything as fast as possible.

Q2. Can I change my shipping address?
Absolutely! As long as your order hasn’t shipped yet, just send us your new address details as soon as possible and we’ll update it for you.

If your order has already shipped, don’t worry — We will work with you and ensure you get your order.
Please note: We can’t retrieve or redirect orders already delivered to an incorrect address, so please double-check your details at checkout.
Q3. Help! My order is lost or hasn’t been delivered?
While our courier partners quote 2–8 business days for standard delivery, sometimes delays can happen. Your tracking link may show a “delayed” status in such cases.
If your order still hasn’t arrived after 15 days from the date of placing your order, contact us and we’ll work on getting it resolved as soon as possible.
Q4. What is your return policy?
We offer free returns within 30 days for damaged products from the date your order is delivered or received. Please refer to the size chart and ensure you order the right size for you.
However, not all items qualify for return. Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” at purchase are excluded unless faulty.
To be eligible for a return:

Return must be initiated and posted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be in original packaging and ‘as new’ condition (including swing tags, boxes, ribbons, etc.).

A photo of your item must be provided before shipping for assessment.
Please note: If you return part of a bundle, the refund amount will be recalculated based on the current sale price of the item(s) you keep.
